I’m a double major in history and secondary education. I wanted to join fair trade after learning what fair trade does after coming to one of the meetings. I love the idea that there are groups that advocate for farmer’s rights around the world. Many farmers are not represented and are taken advantage of and I think it’s important to realize that these farmers work hard and need to make a decent living not only for them, but for their families as well. I became more involved in the club to help spread the word of fair trade around campus since not many people realize or understand what fair trade is. TreasurerMy name is Melissa Fraser and I am a Health Science major. Before I came to Keene State and joined the Fair Trade club, I was not entirely sure what Fair Trade was. Fair Trade has since then become a social movement that I have grown to love and have became very passionate about. My interests include anything outdoors, and my dog.

Senior I'm an Elementary and Special Education major with a concentration in English. I became involved with the Fair Trade Club when my friends Kelsey (President) and Lisa (Vice President) introduced me to the movement and then became inspired from a Fair Trade USA, Towns, and Schools conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania later that year. Since then, I've felt the need to teach others, young and old, what I've learned through my involvement in the Fair Trade Club. Foudning Public RelationsGreg Lefko
